Q: Clean air, clean water and healthy food are three reasons to care about regenerative agriculture. In what ways can you support your closest regenerative agriculture farm? My sister grew up despising the bus and without it and has multiple vehicles and will not walk anywhere. being used to the city and getting around without a car is definitely a factor.

We place eating meat as a masculine trait and you are considered weak if you do not eat meat all the time. we place more value on being perceived as strong and unfussy then we do our environment and safety. We need to stop the idea that being vegetarian is a weak and upper class thing to do. It is simply a choice.

Man! breakfast and lunch have been very easy to eliminate animal products from for me. I eat fruit or oatmeal in the morning and a PBJ with Miso soup for lunch.  Cheaper too.

Q: How does using human-powered transportation make you feel? A: Using my muscles to get to get to work is a great way to start the day! I have to bike uphill to get to work and as a result I get a great workout, start the day accomplishing something (getting up the hill) which helps set a positive frame of mind for the day, and I end up...
