    The incentives in Missouri are very different from those in Illinois. And progressive states like NY and CA are leading the way with regulations and penalties. What can we do to shift that moving forward?  How can we plan for this to phase in?

    This has been a great challenge! I hope everyone on our team enjoyed participating and learned something. I know I did. I just wish I had more time to work on the challenges I chose as well as those I didn't. I guess that's why the phrase Earth Day is Every Day resonates so much right now.
