Lora Jones 4/13/2018 3:55 PMI have decided to do the same, however, I do enjoy coffee! I was pleased to read that if we purchase rain forest alliance certified or shade gown coffee, we are actually helping the environment since this coffee production requires little or no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. The shade trees filter carbon dioxide which causes global warming, and aid in soil moisture retention which minimizes erosion. Pachamama’s Five Sisters premium blend coffee is organic and shade grown and served at Pachamama Coffee Bar at 36th & J Sts here in Sacramento.
