REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and Cities Online Energy AuditWhat are your next steps for saving energy?
Sarah Arnold 4/18/2018 8:33 PMThis was incredibly insightful. I thought our household was doing quite well on energy effiiency, but it appears not as well as I had thought. I'm looking forward to making some upgrades. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand Use Forest-Friendly Foods 2How difficult or easy was it to change your diet?
Sarah Arnold 4/16/2018 2:51 PMI've been trying to adopt a mostly vegan lifestyle for a couple years, but I hadn't thought about my coffee or cocoa consumption before. After reviewing the material, I'm going to try to drink more herbal teas in place of coffee, and, when I do drink coffee, I'd like to purchase "Shade-grown." I'm hoping to mimic the same for cocoa.
Additionally, I thought the attached article indicating 4 culprit foods, was extremely helpful. I printed off the palm oil reference sheet, and will be referring to it frequently when I'm shopping.
