    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of this?

    I normally just pick something up from the store then when i get home and i feel like it has been up there for a while then i check the date. But now i will check the date before i pay for the item.

    I eat a bunch of things that have palm oil in it like chocolate, cookies etc. we can decrease our negative impact and increase our positive impact if we just try to stop eating the stuff that has the bad stuff in it and start eating stuff that does not have bad things like palm oil in it then we could increase the positive impact.

    no i have never heard of the term silvopasture before now and what surprised me was the definition because i would have never guessed that
