Jason Burkum 4/23/2018 2:14 PMWithin agricultural landscapes and practices, we need to continue to push for more grasslands and/or implement grassland buffers to help filter run-off and reduce erosion of soils going into our stream banks. This will also help reduce the amount of flooding in our own watersheds and the lower Mississippi Valley Watershed -

I love that CROPP's mission goals includes ecological sustainability, healthy human livelihood, brings forward environmental awareness (like participating in this challenge), and promotes the respect for the dignity and interdependence of human, animal, plant, soil, and global life!
