What are your next steps for saving energy?

There isn't much I can control in the apartment.  I have moved over to about 90% LEDs and work on reducing the sun in summer and drafts in winter.  They are remodeling the apartments and will redo mine when I leave. which will upgrade I'm sure.  Monitoring usage is the best I can do now.  I need to look into that passive drain that TV and such can do.  Since I use them very little I might be able to save some energy there.  When I move I will either move to a smaller  apartment or a home I can work on and upgrade the efficiency.  I'll leave behind the LEDs for the next tenant too.

Changing lightbulbs is an excellent first step toward energy efficiency! What's next?

I had been meaning to do this for awhile, I waited until the old bulbs had burnt out and one of my kids mentioned they needed bulbs too.  So ended up replacing 8 bulbs in all.  I'll spam social media later, they were cheaper than I thought they'd be.
