Nadine Chin-Santos 4/25/2018 11:38 AMMulching saves fresh water and is pretty easy and affordable! -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/25/2018 11:36 AMWhat a shock to see foods that were part of my regular diet - like dairy, meat and eggs were so bad for the planet. Will think twice again before eating them. -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/24/2018 10:58 AMEvery bit we can all do helps reduce waste. A local issue I discovered was when we throw out good milk just because its past the sell by date. I'm spreading the word that we still have about a week after that date, to use it unless it shows signs of going bad because it wasn't refrigerated. -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/24/2018 10:55 AMComing from a family of scuba divers remind me of the beauty of our oceans and the importance of clean waters. Its not just the fish ingesting plastic its now all of us. -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/24/2018 10:53 AMSo glad NYC is helping with city wide composting. Not hard at all and I'm helping my family and friends to understand the value. -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/19/2018 6:30 AMFascinating topic and learned a lot but the enormous cost (1 trillion deficit after long term investment for infrastructure) probably means no government will ever take the lead in the potential to tap energy from our oceans. Brings back to mind the pros and cons of private investment for commercial gain. -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/19/2018 6:25 AMThis was the first time I called my elected officials on a hot button issue. Keeping their contact information on my phone reminds me that I can share more comments in the future. -
Nadine Chin-Santos 4/19/2018 6:22 AMGreat walk through of CookFox yesterday! The introduction of plants and greenery positively impact all occupants whether actively engaged in plants or sharing in the crops or passively enjoying some calmness introduced into the work environment.
