    Food
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than other countries, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

The price of meat is low. It doesn't reflect the true cost of the product. Also, I believe meat and access to it is a status statement. In the past, and in other countries, only the wealthy have regular access to meat. Being able to eat it and provide it for our families may represent that we're well off too.
