Now that it's spring in MN, I'm driving half-way into downtown Minneapolis. I walk in over the Stone Arch Bridge that crosses the Mississippi River into downtown. It's such a beautiful walk - yesterday I even saw a bald eagle! Walking is the best - both stimulating and enjogable.

They ALL motivate me, but knowing I'm wasting money by tossing out food really bothers me. I hate wasting food, and am trying so hard to only buy what I know I will eat within a few days.

I love supporting local farmers around the metro area - I get fresh food, and the farmers broaden their support base. It's a win-win situation while working for the same goal.
