Amber Darnell 4/13/2018 8:23 AMI have been meal prepping for myself for sometime now. Then I got to thinking how I could encourage others to eat healthy? I know, meal prep for others! I have been making over 40 meals for the last three weeks. Providing others with healthy options and healthy portions.
I enjoy cooking and I enjoy being able to give others a convenient way to eat good.
