Matt Davis 4/24/2018 1:44 PMI read an article about how France was trying to reduce food waste by forcing restaurants to allow to-go boxes (which is not the norm there). Do you think this prevents food waste? Do you think it would greatly increase the amount of Styrofoam or plastic the country consumes?
