REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportHow has your access to various kinds of transporation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?
Matthew Dewey 4/12/2018 10:15 AMHaving access to efficient mass transit has definitely influenced my approach to getting places I need to be. I always check to see if I can get to a destination via bus or light rail prior to choosing to drive whenever possible and I think growing up with the mass transit in Seattle is responsible for that. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHad you heard of the term silvopasture" before now? After learning more about it, what do you think is the biggest advantage of silvopasture?
Matthew Dewey 4/12/2018 10:05 AMI had not heard the term 'silvopasture' before, but the concept was one that I'd seen in the past. After learning more about it, it seems like an incredible approach to farming and cattle raising, with the biggest advantage being the provision of shelter and food for livestock, and additional yields from planted trees.
