Amanda Galvin 4/25/2018 8:51 AMMany American families grew up with at least one portion of every meal from the meat group. It's habit, tradition, and ingrained from childhood as the norm. Lack of education is also a part of this, as many children grow up lacking knowledge of how nutrients can be gained from other foods that aren't meat. -

Amanda Galvin 4/25/2018 8:49 AMI knew the concept but not by this label. It's advantages include reduced emissions and more earning potential for farmers by multiplying their products and spreading availability of products over different periods of time in the year. -
