Yssabel Gernandt 4/18/2018 6:20 AMi think that my diet is pretty good but i definitely think i could do better. i need to find organic cream cheese and peanut butter without palm oil and i could learn to make my own shampoos and soaps as well as drinking less coffee and eating less chocolate -
