I had not heard of biomass technology. I think it's really cool that we have this technology now. I am very surprised that it is capable of providing renewable energy to entire counties if used in moderation.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?

We could use this money to help people in poverty and provide food and clean water to people who need it.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

Switching to an electric car can save a lot of money on gas. It is easy to charge and there are charging stations everywhere and gas become almost completely irrelevant.

Take quicker showers and dont leave the water running. Wether thats while brushing your teeth or doing the dishes. If we all did this we would have so much less wasted water.

I could continue to recycle and use things I would normally recycle to use for other things. I could to things like use cardboard boxes for storage instead of just throwing them away. This create less waste and incoorporate the R's.
