REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodWhat do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than other countries, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?
Jessica Grant 4/25/2018 7:43 AMI think many people feel like they need to be a specific title—vegan, vegetarian, etc— rather than just reducing the amount of animal protein they eat on a consistent basis. People need to explore protein options that go beyond meat and animal products. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseAre bamboo alternatives readily available in your community? If not, what are other sustainable alternatives?
Jessica Grant 4/24/2018 7:15 AMI buy most things online and bamboo options are available there. Target also has bamboo items as well. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportHow has your access to various kinds of transporation throughout your life influenced your current attitudes about transportation and your transportation behavior?
Jessica Grant 4/20/2018 9:02 AMI use a car as rarely as possible. It's better for both the environment and my own health to rely on public transportation and walking everywhere. Public transportation is far less stressful than driving!
