REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodNow that you know the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates, how will you view expiration dates differently?
William Griffith 4/19/2018 6:49 PMYes, because I know more about expiration dates I will look at them differently. I always see them as numbers on a tub of sour cream or yogurt, but now I know that it is something much more. I also will know the difference between best by and use by dates. I will begin to look at the dates as a warning because if I use them after I may become sick. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseHow difficult or easy was it to change your diet?
William Griffith 4/19/2018 6:23 PMMy diet was impacting the environment because I was not watching how much I was eating. I also did not recycle any of the plastic wrappers from fruit bars.It was not that hard because I already eat greens during every meal. I enjoy eating meat but it was interesting to try something new. -
