What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Instead of using coffee cups, i have switched and bought a Yeti cup so i don't have to waste the store coffee cups after each usage.
Instead of using plastic bags you get from the stores, i bring my own.
