Sabrina Hernandez-Reed 4/23/2018 11:50 AMI decided to eat at least one meatless or vegan meal each day of this challenge. I learned that it's not hard to cut meat out of my diet and my groceries were actually cheaper. I don't eat a lot of meat in general but making sure I was eating one meal as a vegetarian/vegan made me become more aware of what I was eating. It also felt good knowing that I was not contributing to climate change as much when I did opt out of the meat. I decided I want to continue this life style and for my next challenge, I'm going to go full vegetarian! Hopefully forever!
