We're only into day 3 of the EcoChallenge but I find my eating habits changing a bit due to my focus on food waste. I wanted a little snack when I arrived home from work and the little eco-warrior voice in my head said, "Eat some carrots so they don't get wasted!" So I ate some carrots. :) -
