    There are lots of ways to get around Portland through public transportation. I looked to see if there was a way for me to take the Max to school and work, but it turns out, walking is still more efficient for me.

    I grew up in Bend, where transportation is almost non-existent, so we drove everywhere, but living in Portland and having the struggle of finding and paying for parking has taught me that I really do prefer to walk when I can.
