REFLECTION QUESTIONBuildings and Cities Online Energy AuditWhat are your next steps for saving energy?
Jessica Kirsch 4/12/2018 12:09 PMI would like to get solar panels, replace the windows and get a new roof. I will get a new roof next month but the others will have to wait. I used solar outdoor lights for christmas this year and plan to use the same ones for my deck when the weather warms up. I also put the lights, chargers and small appliances on a strip that can be turned off as a unit when they are not in use. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhat do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than other countries, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?
Jessica Kirsch 4/06/2018 4:59 AMCulture, I think most American's grow up thinking meat is a needed component to every meal. I also think they have to much choice and get in the routine of only eating what they like. It is a mind set change, and picking foods for health rather than gradification. -
