REFLECTION QUESTIONLand UseHow is your diet currently impacting deforestation? What can you do to decrease your negative impact and increase your positive impact?
Caitlin Maus 4/25/2018 10:34 AMWe eat a lot of meat, but it is grown on a family owned and operated farm within our family. I could definitely do with less. I should also be better about switching from coffee to tea, and lessening the quantity of servings. I would like to know the difference in impact between coffee and tea production. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodNow that you know the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates, how will you view expiration dates differently?
Caitlin Maus 4/24/2018 9:00 AMI already live a pretty risky life of eating things past their best by date, and even past the sell by and use by dates. It is good to know which types of foods to be more cautious of and which ones can be more lenient. I would like to know more about the life cycle analysis between frozen produce and fresh. -
