REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodDependable fresh food, supporting local farmers and building resilient communities are just a few benefits of local food systems. Which of these advantages inspire you the most?
Edwin Mericle 4/25/2018 4:06 AMI think that both getting dependable fresh food and the fact that it comes from local farmers is what inspires me. I believe the two go hand-in-hand. It’s great to be able to support my local farmers but it’s even better when the food they produce is so delicious!
