Tegan Molloy 4/08/2018 8:11 PMI subscribe to get a box of Imperfect ("ugly") Produce almost every week, which helps reduce food waste. The irony is that sometimes - try as I might - some of that food still goes bad before I can cook it! However, since I started keeping my food waste log this week, I've been inspired to cook more frequently. The only food that's gone to waste this week has been tiny food scraps (like green onion beards). Amazing what tracking behavior does! I hope that I can keep up with this trend.
