Often people don't want to believe that women and girls do not experience educational parity.  It's too uncomfortable.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food

For so long, people in North America have been told that they should eat meat in order to get enough protein.  Understanding true nutrition requirements may  start shifting a meat-focused food culture.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of this?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
