What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than other countries, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

I think the fat that you can get processed meat for cheap in North America contributes to people eating more meat. It shows that we need to make better food cheaper so people won't have to buy food and meat that is bad for them. I think most people could eat less meat to start shifting towards being vegetarian.
