I  could use paper bags instead of plastic ones.  I could plan my meals instead of purchasing what looks good and then possibly wasting some
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

As individuals it is our responsibility to change our behaviors.  Our dependence on non renewable energy sources needs to be re-routed to renewable ones.  We need to look at creating transportation options that are different than those that use fossil fuels.  We need to look at different ways to use our trash such as making streets out of plastic bags.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for utilizing every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable, including the skins, tops, and stalks during your next meal prep?
