Yekaterina Pakhnyuk 4/17/2018 1:06 PMI started to keep a log of the food I throw away, either because it went bad or there was too much food on plate. Before I started the log, I thought that I don't waste much food, but then looking at the log I realized that i throw away more then I expected. There's so many people who are hungry, who struggle daily to get food and here I am, just throwing food away. Recording the food into the log, has helped me realize what I'm doing and has helped me avoided throwing more food away. -
Yekaterina Pakhnyuk 4/12/2018 10:09 PMToday, I decided not to cook a new meal and decided to eat all the left overs. Now that all the left overs are gone, I plan on making smaller portion meals that way we won't need to throw away any food.-

Yekaterina Pakhnyuk 4/10/2018 5:55 PMI decided to have 2 meals without any meat today. It's defiantly a challenge, I love meat so today I felt like my body was lacking . I also had to cook 2 separate meals today. One for me and one for the family.
