stephanie pope 4/19/2018 11:16 PMI am in vegas this week so I have not been able to stick to my challenges as much as I want. I am talking about this challenge to my family members when I am out and about and I try educate them. -
stephanie pope 4/17/2018 9:06 AMI have cut back using my heat and just layered up as well as monitoring what electronics are plugged in and unplugging the ones that are not being used. -
stephanie pope 4/16/2018 10:54 AMThis week I discussed the topics covered in the videos and raised a few eyebrows and peaked interests. I told a few coworkers about this challenge and how it has helped keep my attention and awareness with my actions on a day to day basis. -
stephanie pope 4/11/2018 11:30 AMI walked to work today and it surprisingly felt really good. I was able to relax and clear my head and prepare myself for the day. I have always been consciously purchasing food and product.-
Kim Smith 4/12/2018 8:12 PMNice job on making progress on your actions! It is fun to read students' posts and see what folks have chosen as their EcoChallenge actions. It all adds up!

stephanie pope 4/09/2018 9:20 AMcomposting has drastically cut down my garbage weekly. Meal planning cuts back drastically on snacking because everything contains animal product but so far it is just leading me to be more aware of what I am eating and surrounding myself with. -
stephanie pope 4/06/2018 5:12 PMHello class! I have never heard of this website and over all not very tech savvy so I am still figuring out how it works! I got my free in home compost bucket and have been using it this past week and between food, coffee grounds, filters etc. it has been really cool to see how much it has cut back on my use of the trash can. I do not shop a lot besides groceries .I know keep reusable bags in my car and a small one in my purse so I can avoid extra plastic as well as produce wrapped in plastic ( finding that one a little challenging!)
