This is saying that us americans live an unhealthy life. We could shift from a meat-focused food culture by eating something similar to meat but isn’t meat. For instance veggie burgers. -

Angelo Santiago 4/19/2018 4:09 PMMy diet has no restrictions currently; this means that I eat all types of meat which means that I am contributing to deforestation. To decrease my negative impact is to reduce the types of meat I eat like red meat.
