    About 1 year ago I started dedicating one day per week to eating a plant-based diet.  Since then I've up'ed it to include more of my meals throughout the week because I noticed I felt lighter and had better energy on my plant-based meal days.

    I will remember that the labels are referring to quality of the food not safety, except in the case of baby formula.
