I seek out businesses that women owned and have recently found a healthy vitamin company that is really awesome. I have several women owned business in my neighborhood that I support on a regular basis. Many of my lunches are purchased from a local restaurant that is owned by a woman that has been committed to sustainable farmers for 30 years.
