Natalie Swope 4/12/2018 12:21 PMI have been trying to have one meatless meal per day. I've found that this is fairly easy, because in the morning for breakfast I can just eat toast and peanut butter or oatmeal. I might challenge myself more and try to skip meat during lunch/dinner, or maybe try to cut out red meat.
