    Food
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than other countries, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

I have been trying to have one meatless meal per day. I've found that this is fairly easy, because in the morning for breakfast I can just eat toast and peanut butter or oatmeal. I might challenge myself more and try to skip meat during lunch/dinner, or maybe try to cut out red meat.
