Gabby Teixeira 4/25/2018 7:09 AMThere are so many things we can do during our day to days that cost us nothing besides getting into the habit. I'm a firm believer in leading by examples even if doing the smallest of actions because in aggregate, these make BIG differences. Bringing your own reusable water bottle, coffee mug, silverware, and to-go containers when eating out and in the office is a huge step you can take. I'm optimistic that decades from now, humans will look back at how we live today and laugh in ridicule of our trashy, disposable lifestyles... If this intrigues you, the best resource I can point towards is the book by Bea Johnson, "Zero Waste Home". She inspires me to live a more minimalistic lifestyle benefitting not only the planet by my mind :)
