I want to prioritize people more than material things. Getting rid of material things also always me to have more space for the people in my life.

That is a really powerful reason to shift your material things.  May your extra space be filled with many meaningful and fulfilling relationships.

    Food Reduce Animal Products
What do you think contributes to people in North America eating more meat than other countries, and what does this say about North American values and ways of living? How do we start shifting a meat-focused food culture?

I think people in the US find eating meat to be part of the culture and just as the way that it is. I think people are quite stuck in traditions and so we have things like factory farming to keep up with the needs of the people. I think just showing people that you can enjoy food as much without meat and that it can be healthy to do that is a way to get people eating less meat.
