Deborah Yang 4/10/2018 8:10 AMQuality -vs- safety. There are good rules of thumb and charts that help you navigate how long you can keep foods around. It really comes down to properly storing said food! I have to say, I do have a stronger stomach than my sis-in-law when it comes to some foods...I've taken my chances before and came out unscathed, my SIL? not so much!
