I eat a lot of chocolate. I will make sure from now on that it has the Rainforest Alliance logo before I buy!

It's the right thing to do and the future of the human race depends on us caring about it now. 

As a sustainable design leader, it's important that I walk the walk and make efficiency upgrades to my home as we are able. 

Anything I don't eat goes in the organics composting bin to be turned back into fertile soil.

When I'm walking I always say hello to fellow walkers, and I notice more details and changes that are occurring around me. I bike a lot too, even in the dead of winter in MN, and it almost always feels good to spend a bit of my day outside. 

I love helping to build a more sustainable, resilient community. It makes for a happier healthier place to live. 

I have used this strategy to eat less for years. it is helpful in reducing food waste as well.

I will not be so quick to throw things away and I will tell others about what I learned.

I hate wasted water more than anything. It's such a precious resource that is highly undervalued. I have nightmares about lack of water. 

That it's a growing field with great potential. I was surprised that there are certain parts of the oceans that are better suited for this technology.
