Completed two cycle rides on Sunday, when I could have used my car. Less fumes in the air, promotion of cycling by example, ate all my cake with no worry about my health and I could have a glass or two of red wine with my family. Result!

When making tea fill the cup(s) with water then empty cup into kettle. Saves on usage of water and the energy to heat the water up. Saves you money as well! There's should bo no water left in the kettle once you've made your drink.

Don't buy bottled water. Nothing wrong with tap water.

It's been challenging but interesting to read all the info n realise how complacent we have become  .

Went to the gym today and walked instead of using the car. No brainer really.

I've signed up for a compost bin, shared transport with another family and challenged the University of Cambridge!

I'm going to research micro wind tomorrow ... I need some points satisfaction :)
