Natalia Burgess 4/26/2018 6:42 AMI had known that a plant based diet was preferable for the environment. It should have been obvious, but I didn't really think about the impact of wasting food. I thought of it in terms of wasting money. But I see the bigger connection. -
Natalia Burgess 4/23/2018 7:32 AMEating smaller portions coupled with lengthening the amount of time from the last meal/snack of my day and the last meal / snack in the morning. I've read this allows time for your body to recover - one of the major points for sleeping. . -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Smaller PortionsFun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of this?
