    I consume a lot of animal products, which require a large amount of open land to produce. such as a rancher clearing 10 acres of forest to let his/her cattle roam the pasture. I won't stop eating meat, but i can get involved in my community to start replanting trees in areas affected by urban development.

    I drive because our community transportation system is inadequate. The poor structure actually promotes walking and riding bikes.

    The most difficult part is transitioning from an easily obtainable resource to one you have never purchased or used before.
