    Food Keep Track of Wasted Food
    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Where would you rather use this money?

    I find that most of what I throw away is "lost" items in my messy fridge....note to self:  Clean up the Fridge!

    How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

    I am still not convinced that this single stream recycling that we now use is best.  Why not at least separate paper?
