REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Support Local Food SystemsDependable fresh food, supporting local farmers and building resilient communities are just a few benefits of local food systems. Which of these advantages inspire you the most?
Alana Mackey 4/11/2018 3:39 PMsupporting local farmers is really important to me; I want to know where my food comes from, and like the fact that my food isn't shipped from all around the country (edit: world). I attend at least 1 Seattle farmers market a week, and make an effort to source produce organically there and at the grocery store as well.
