I've always been a firm believer of the "smell test" but now have a bit more knowledge about how to decipher date labeling:
    • A "Best if Used By/Before" indicates when a product will be of best flavor or quality.
    • A "Sell-By" date tells the store how long to display the product for sale for inventory management.
    • A "Use-By" date is the last date recommended for the use of the product while at peak quality.

Thank you NWEI and Drawdown for recognizing the 51%. Social equity and well-being for women, girls and families has been more important to me, especially in the last two years, than environmental sustainability. I've signed up for almost all of the Women and Girls challenges. Ready to start making a positive impact.
