Catherine Tarasoff 4/05/2018 8:21 AMWhen i was a kid there was a lot of fruits (grapes, strawberries, watermelon etc.) that we only ate in-season. It tasted delicious and was a huge treat! I loved looking forward to the different seasons and binge eating grapes for 2 weeks!! As an adult i like knowing that seasonal food supports local farmers and reduces carbon through transportation. -
