    Coffee and tea with soymilk to start the day. Nuts for breakfast, fruit for lunch. No waste. Go team!

    I couldn't say I  succeeded in my "no plastics" challenge today because I  couldn't buy my prescription in anything other than the pharmacy's plastic bottle. I wonder whether "bring your own container" will ever work for pharmacies?
