    Fasting for one meal a day can accomplish many of the food challenges - no waste, smaller portions, meatless...

     I am going to the mountains to reconnect with nature later this week;  this will be great for my spirit and soul, but the remote place of my location will make it almost impossible to do my daily check-in's.
