    Fun fact: Your brain and stomach register feelings of fullness after about 20 minutes of eating. While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come out of this?

    I use this method ( small plates) to reduce the number of calories I consume which helps me manage my weight which improves my health

      Hi Elizabeth,  thanks for joining our team.  

      You can accrue points for each day you reduce food waste by using smaller size plates. Once you sign in, click on the dashboard link at the top of the page. Then click on the round circle on the tile with the action you have chosen. The tile will change color and indicate it has been completed. You can do this for each day of the challenge by selecting each date above the action tiles.  Any questions, reach out to us.
