Whenever I cook, I cook for at least 2 meals at a time. I agree that often leftovers taste even better the next day, especially soups and sauces. It is just more convenient and saves time.  When our kids were young I used to cook two large dinners on Sunday, then alternate them for a few days. This worked out great with all the baseball, soccer, and music practices and games!

Carpooling to work not only decreases emissions and saves on gas, but also keeps me awake on the ride home after a long night...and it makes the ride fun.
