Ann Espindola 4/24/2018 6:32 AMWhenever I cook, I cook for at least 2 meals at a time. I agree that often leftovers taste even better the next day, especially soups and sauces. It is just more convenient and saves time. When our kids were young I used to cook two large dinners on Sunday, then alternate them for a few days. This worked out great with all the baseball, soccer, and music practices and games! -
Ann Espindola 4/21/2018 9:33 PMSo easy to have 2 meatless melas daily. -
Ann Espindola 4/21/2018 9:32 PMCarpooling to work not only decreases emissions and saves on gas, but also keeps me awake on the ride home after a long night...and it makes the ride fun.
